The guys handled the 25+ stairs with no problem, and all my furniture was well protected and taken care of. Absolutely wonderful experience! We opted to rent a U-Haul and have OneMove movers load and unload our stuff. They were quick and efficient yet careful with all of our things. I chose to disassemble some of our furniture myself to save time, and a couple small parts of our bed that I didn't realize were loose fell out during the move. We ended up finding them as the movers had carefully tucked them in a drawer for us (which I bet they mentioned that day but we probably forgot). But before we found them, the owner offered to replace them for us (even though I consider it to be my fault for not securing them).
