    OneMove provides moving services and related customer support information. As part of these services, we may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile phone number to communicate important information such as appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, service notifications, invoices, promotions, and customer support messages.

    By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive texts, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from OneMove. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.


  • Message and Data Rates
    Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any message or data charges received from your carrier.


  • Message Frequency
    The number of messages you receive may vary based on your interactions and the nature of your communications with us.


  • How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)
    You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe, simply reply “STOP” to any text message received from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your ability to receive non-SMS communications (e.g., email).

  • Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
